AUTHORISE YOUR LIBRARY
Please ensure you have a free iLok account first. Upon registration, you will be asked to enter your iLok account User ID.
#1 Log into your VirHarmonic account HERE
#2 Click on [Authorize your library]
#3 Enter your Serial Number and iLok User ID
»If you purchased your product through VirHarmonic.com, your serial number will be delivered via email AND deposited into your VirHarmonic account as a backup
» If you purchased through a third party Reseller, how they send you the serial will be specific to that company AND that company will be responsible for the handling and management of your serials. AudioDeluxe, Fomis & JRR Shop are the only three third parties companies authorised to resell our products.
After you have registered your product through your account on VirHarmonic.com, a license will be deposited into your iLok account. Use the iLok License Manager to activate it.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SERIAL NUMBER(S)!
After completing an order on VirHarmonic.com, you will receive an email confirming your order and this will also include your serial number(s). Please check your "spam" folder and if necessary, add @virharmonic.com to your white list (approved emails) to prevent future messages from being tagged as spam.
Your Serial Number(s) are also stored in your account at VirHarmonic so you can access them at anytime. (This courtesy is only provided to those who purchased direct from virharmonic.com)
I REGISTERED BUT THE LICENSE DID NOT APPEAR IN MY iLOK ACCOUNT!
You may have input the wrong iLok User ID when registering your product. All is not lost, simply let us know by messaging us through our contact support, we can arrange the reset of the previous registration and send the license to the correct ID.

First things first:
Ensure your iLok dongle/your computer, containing the used license(s), is recognised by the iLok License Manager. Your registered iLok(s) and/or computer(s) will appear in the "locations" list on the left of your screen.

UFS INSTALLATION GUIDE
#1 Download and install the latest iLok License Manager for your system.
#2 Download and install the latest version of UVI Workstation.

#3 Some of our downloads are compressed into .rar format. We highly recommend that you use UnrarX (Mac) or WinRAR (Windows) for decompression. Both are available to download for free.
#4 Set up a UFS instrument file:
»Create a folder and place the UFS file(s) within it.
»Launch UVI Workstation (standalone version).
»Go to [Preferences > Sound Banks].
»Select and add the folder you created earlier.
»Restart the application.
Your Library will now appear in the [Browser > SoundBanks] section.
#5 If you have any issues with a UFS file, you can right-click on the file and select "Verify soundbank integrity". If the process doesn't end successfully, please download the library again from your VirHarmonic account.
