Changing or Deleting Your Information

You have the right at any time, and at no charge, to request the information and data stored relating to you. We have updated our Account system for you to gain the ability to review all the information we store on your account as well as the ability to request your account to be forgotten. In Case of Deletion request of the account, we still have to store parts of your invoice history to comply with MOSS (One Stop Shop EU VAT system) as we need to keep a record of the purchase for 10 years. After ten years all data will be deleted unless the service is still being provided (in other words there was no request to be forgotten made and you (the user) is still using our products and wishes to retain access to downloads.
